RWT participated in the OPEN HOUSE exhibition of our representation, YES machinery in the United Arab Emirates. Here, the BSM 1100 RDR deburring machine of the Steelline 180 series was successfully presented and samples were ground with customers from the Middle East. At the end of the exhibition, the machine was sold to a customer in Abu Dhabi, so the machine will work alongside a BYSTRONIC laser cutting machine, making strenuous manual grinding easier and thus increasing the company's productivity.

At the end of last year, the production and assembly line were modernized, where a new laser cutting machine was installed for precision burnouts for our deburring machines. Investing in these devices helps us to continuously improve the quality of the machines we produce.

From 11 to 14 October, an engineering fair was held in Turkey in the city of Konya, where the BSM 1300 DRDD deburring machine for processing plasma cutted parts was presented. Our machine was very popular and we would like to thank everyone who visited the stand of our representative, ERFAB Makina.

Successful presentation of the company at FABTECH 2023, which takes place from 11.-14.9.2023 in Chicago McCormick place. BSM 1100 RDDR and BSM 1100 RA deburring machines were presented here, which enjoyed great interest from customers from the North American continent. Already on the first day of the fair, contracts for the supply of our machines were concluded, which help to ease the demanding work of manual deburring and contribute to the modernization and greater efficiency of the production process. At the same time, a training of our representation in the USA took place.

The second deburring machine from our company RWT was purchased by a customer who is switching to modern deburring using rotary brushes using unit A - BSM 1100 RDA. The older BSM 1300 RRDB worked for this customer for almost 10 years.

Installation of Deburring machine BSM 1100 RDR in Plovdiv, Bulgaria at ANDREA company. The machine will be used for processing laser cutted parts after the NUKON 4kW laser cutting machine. Then there was a training of sales representatives of KARMET.

Deburring and grinding machine BSM 1100 RDA with rotary brushes will newly work at the Bystronic fiber laser in a dynamically developing company near Prague.

Another BSM 1100 RDA deburring and grinding machine with units - 1st sanding belt R, 2nd disc unit D and 3rd unit with rotary brushes A. This will soon be with its new owner at the Bystronic laser.

Successful presentation of RWT at the INDUSTRY DAYS exhibition in Budapest, Hungary, where the BSM 1100 RDR EVO deburring machine was presented.

The first deburring machine BSM 1100 DRD for plasma cutted parts has been successfully tested by a customer and is ready for shipment to Israel.

The fully equipped BSM 1300 RDDD deburring and grinding machine was purchased by a company in the South Moravian Region as the second second machine from RWT.

Another company in the South Moravian Region invested in deburring technology and replaced the unpleasant manual grinding of parts burned on a laser or cut out on a punching press.

In the new year 2023, we continue by handing over the BSM 1100 RDDR deburring and grinding machine to our customer in the Olomouc region. This is the second machine, the first RWT deburring machine was purchased by the company in 2017. The machine is already ready for bursts of cut from 2 new TRUMPF lasers.

This year, the last installation took place near Brno in a company that deals with complex engineering production. The machine was again replaced by unpleasant and manual grinding and deburring of parts after laser burning.

This year, the penultimate installation of the BSM 1100 RDA deburring and grinding machine, which will replace the manual grinding of metal sheets after laser cutting.

Another company replaced the unpleasant work of manual grinding of stainless steel parts burned by laser. They bought a compact BSM 1100 RD machine with a vacuum table.

A major company in the Central Bohemian Region has invested in two deburring and grinding machines BSM 650 RDDR and 1300 RDDR, which will replace the unpleasant and demanding manual deburring of stainless steel parts after laser burning.

We handed over another deburring and grinding machine BSM 1100 RD in the South Bohemian Region, where it will help deburring and rounding edges on parts divided on punching machines.

Our grinding machine newly helps with the unpleasant work of manual grinding in a dynamically developing company in the Pardubice region, which sells its products all over the world!

Even in the new year 2022, we successfully continue to sell our deburring and grinding technology. This time, another well-known company from BRNO, which uses the machine for deburring and grinding parts divided on TRUPMF punching machines, said goodbye to manual deburring and grinding.

Christmas holidays 23.12. - 3.1.2021

Today, the Deburring machine was handed over to a company in the Liberec Region, which will use it to deburr the parts divided on TRUMPF fiber lasers.

On September 3, 2020, Martin Medvedyk participated in the European Deadlift Championship in Trnava, Slovakia, where he finished in 3rd place in the Juniors up to 100 kg category and 4th in the absolute ranking of all juniors. Martin recorded an output of 280 kg on the first try. He lifted 300 kg in the second attempt, but did not record this attempt, as the callus on his hand fell off and the barbell fell out. This year, Martin will be preparing for the 2021 season, where he would like to participate in the Czech Championships, European Championships and World Championships in triathlon. We wish Martin good health and many sporting successes!

Our supplied machine recently completed over 2000 parts for ventilators for COVID-19 patients. In a time assessment, 1100 parts were completed in 100 minutes vs. a full shift of 10 employees manually deburring.
