RWT successfully presents itself at the BUMATECH engineering fair in Bursa, Turkiye, where we present the BSM 1100 RDD deburring machine with a new feature, a machine operator assistant, which can help with the optimal setting of parameters for individual deburring applications and optimizes its process. Once again, we are one step ahead of other manufacturers of deburring machines in terms of the user-friendly environment of the machine operator. And we are preparing other news for you at the beginning of 2025.

At the beginning of October, we received a phone call with a request for help from a customer from the town of KRNOV, which was hit by a large flood in September. The water rose to a height of about 150 cm in the hall where the customer had the RWT BS 950 RP wide-belt sander from 2007 and other machines. The machine and its main parts therefore found themselves under murky water for a long time. So action had to be done quickly. We didn't wait for anything and gave the customer a helping hand. It was important that the machine got to our production plant in Rychnov nad Kněžnou as quickly as possible. At that time, he had already dismantled all the engines that the customer had entrusted to a professional company for quick rescue. Subsequently, he brought the machine to us in Rychnov nad Kněžnou. So we started disassembling the machine "to the screw" and began to renovate parts that could be saved. The sixth deburring machine in the Czech Republic with BSM 1100 RDA rotary brushes has found a new home in a specialized company for comprehensive sheet metal processing in Ostrava.

Successful presentation of the BSM 1100 RD deburring machine designed for laser cutted parts at the ELMIA Plat exhibition in Jonkoping, Sweden (14 - 17 May 2024).

RWT participated in the OPEN HOUSE exhibition of our representation, YES machinery in the United Arab Emirates. Here, the BSM 1100 RDR deburring machine of the Steelline 180 series was successfully presented and samples were ground with customers from the Middle East. At the end of the exhibition, the machine was sold to a customer in Abu Dhabi, so the machine will work alongside a BYSTRONIC laser cutting machine, making strenuous manual grinding easier and thus increasing the company's productivity.

At the end of last year, the production and assembly line were modernized, where a new laser cutting machine was installed for precision burnouts for our deburring machines. Investing in these devices helps us to continuously improve the quality of the machines we produce.
