BSM 1600
The STEELLINE BSM machines are industrial solutions for deburring, grinding and final finishing of metal parts after cutting or pressing. They are designed to replace demanding and dangerous manual work and to significantly increase both the efficiency and the quality of production.

Working units of the machine
R - Sanding unit with a sanding belt
It removes burrs protruding above the material surface, removes scale and corrosion from the surface, final surface finishing.
D - Disc unit
With disc brushes in two rows with flap brushes - it rounds edges and removes the oxide layer, slag and scale.
B - Brushing unit made of abrasive fleece
It cleans and pre-polishes the material surface.
A - Gyroscopic unit
With flap brushes - deburring and edge rounding while keeping the protective film, evening out the material surface.
