At the beginning of October, we received a phone call with a request for help from a customer from the town of KRNOV, which was hit by a large flood in September. The water rose to a height of about 150 cm in the hall where the customer had the RWT BS 950 RP wide-belt sander from 2007 and other machines. The machine and its main parts therefore found themselves under murky water for a long time. So action had to be done quickly. We didn't wait for anything and gave the customer a helping hand. It was important that the machine got to our production plant in Rychnov nad Kněžnou as quickly as possible. At that time, he had already dismantled all the engines that the customer had entrusted to a professional company for quick rescue. Subsequently, he brought the machine to us in Rychnov nad Kněžnou.
